Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges

Standard shipping is $7.95 to any location within Australia. 

Delivery Times

All orders on this website are processed within 24 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post, or where more appropriate, a Courier Service of our choosing. Orders will be delivered in approximately 3 - 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. If you REQUIRE a fully insured postal service that must be signed for, rather than being left at your door, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering. An additional charge will be payable for this service.

2. Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

With our nominated Courier Service we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. Our courier cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no one is present to accept the delivery a slip will be left in the mail box so that you can negotiate a suitable arrangement for final delivery or collection.

Refund Policy

We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Up Choice.

Up Choice is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by us, please return it to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. 

Please note, when any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted. 

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us and provide a photo to sales@upchoice.com.au within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will supply you with a replacement product or arrange a refund. Unfortunately we can not be held liable for breakages that are not reported to us within 5 days of receipt.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 8307 Sunnybank Queensland 4109.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
